Welcome to the CAPC online scheduler.

The Center for Academic and Professional Communication (CAPC) will continue to provide individual consultations to all students. In response to the recent COVD19 outbreak, however, all CAPC consultation sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Rice University has provided Zoom accounts for all students with Active net IDs.

Your login is your current Rice NetID and password. If this is the first time you are using this service, you will be asked to fill out a registration form before you can schedule an appointment.

To accommodate students in different time zones (including international students), we have extended our consulting hours to 6:30 AM to 1:30 AM everyday. The hours on the schedule are Central Standard Time. 

Once an appointment is scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent to students along with instructions to “enter” the zoom session.

Please attach your documents to the appointment form prior to your appointment to ensure your consultant receives the documents you would like to review.
